These public bodies post their agendas and meeting materials publicly. No single calendar covers them all, so start here:

Huntington Beach City Council
The City Council meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 2000 Main Street. Agendas are posted by the City Clerk on the city website.

Huntington Beach Planning Commission
The Planning Commission meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, with study sessions at 5:15 p.m. in Room B-8. The commission acts as the advisory and quasi-judicial body on land use and development.

The Board of Education for the Huntington Beach City School District holds regular meetings and study sessions, generally at 6:00 p.m., with board materials posted through the district's Diligent agenda portal the Friday before a meeting.

The Ocean View School District Board of Trustees meets on Tuesdays, with open session at 6:00 p.m. at the District Office, Building A, 17200 Pinehurst Lane, Huntington Beach.

Huntington Beach Union High School District Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees for the Huntington Beach Union High School District holds regular meetings with agendas and minutes archived on the district website. The district serves high school students across Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, and Westminster.

Orange County Board of Supervisors
The Orange County Board of Supervisors holds regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the Board Hearing Room at 400 W. Civic Center Drive, Santa Ana. Agendas are posted on Wednesdays, two weeks before each meeting.

Huntington Beach Public Works Commission
The Public Works Commission meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at the Utilities Yard, 19021 Huntington Street. Public comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.
